From the CampGroup Chronicles - Fall 2005

Fall 2005
CampGroup Chronicles
A letter from the CEO
To the entire CampGroup Family:
This is the second issue of the revamped, CampGroup Chronicles. This newsletter is intended to keep everyone at CampGroup informed about the goings on at CampGroup. We hope you enjoy it and welcome all suggestions and submissions.
I want to pass along one important point to everyone in the company -- the critical importance of candid feedback. It is absolutely crucial that each and every person in our company receives candid feedback about his or her performance. All supervisors need to give feedback, but if feedback is not forthcoming, then you must demand it. If you feel that you have asked for feedback and have not received it, then you need to come to me, and I will make sure you get the feedback you want. Moreover, those giving feedback must give candid feedback. The purpose of giving feedback is to provide an honest assessment. Whether someone is doing well or poorly, they deserve to know where they stand.
Best wishes to all for an exciting new year,
Dan
